1. Human Resource Management System Wage Earners’ Welfare Board needs Digital Human Resource Management System for covering many other HR aspects from application to retirement. We need a system for recording basic demographic and address data, selection, training and development, capabilities and skills management, compensation planning records and other related activities through a digital system. 2. File Management including File Tracking A Digital File Management system including File Tracking system is needed for Wage Earners Welfare Board (based on computer programs in the case of the management of digital documents) for tracking and storing documents. It would usually capable of keeping track of the different versions modified by different users (history tracking). 3. Procurement & Store Management System Digital Procurement System would consist of Indent Management, e-Tendering, e-Auctioning, Vendor management, Catalogue Management, Purchase Order Integration, Order Status, Ship Notice, e-Invoicing, e-Payment, and Contract Management. We also need an Electronic store Management System for our inventory section. 4. Accounts Management System To keep update daily welfare payment information, Purchase, Salary, of Wage Earners Welfare Board we need an Employee Digital Accounting software. 5. Wage Earners Welfare Board Meeting Management System To keep record of Welfare Board Meeting History information to track and prioritize the important issues for the meeting agenda, we need digital system for Welfare Board Meeting Management. 6. Digital Employee Attendance System To keep daily attendance information about the employees of the Wage Earners’ Welfare Board, we need an Employee Attendance Management System Software.

In order to solve the aforesaid problems we need to 1. Develop an ERP ( HR, Accounts, File Management, SCM, and Inventory) in the WEWB Organization to integrate the all Department. 2. Develop File Tracking system in Organization to find out the File Status. 3. Develop Employee Access Control system in Organization for Office management. 4. Develop in Organization to find out the File Status. 5. Develop SCM ( Supply Chain Management) system to indent management, e-Tendering, e-Auctioning, vendor management, catalogue management, Purchase Order Integration, Order Status, Ship Notice, e-Invoicing, e-Payment, and contract management 6. Develop SMS system in Organization to send the SMS to client to know the status the client File. 7. Develop a Digital Welfare Board Meeting Management System to track the Last all Meeting information and Decision. 8. Develop Digital Accounting system in Organization to reduce the corruption and illegal cost.
